Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unter­richte ich nun Frauen zur Rück­bil­dung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beck­en­boden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit
