				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p><strong>Beckenbodentraining</strong> ist nicht nur nach der Geburt eines Babys sehr wichtig. Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ich selbst hatte nach der Entbindung meiner 2. Tochter extreme Probleme mit dem Beckenboden. Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt.</p>
<p>Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps, wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Der Kurs Rückbildung und Beckenboden ist eine Mischung aus <strong>Kräftigung,</strong> <strong>Dehnungsübungen</strong> und <strong>Entspannung</strong> für alle Frauen, die sich und ihrem Beckenboden etwas Gutes tun wollen. Egal ob nach der Geburt, in den Wechseljahren oder einfach mal so.</p></div>

Es werden einfache<strong> Asanas (Yogahaltungen)</strong>, <strong>Atem- und Entspannungsübungen,</strong> <strong>Achtsamkeitsübungen</strong> und <strong>Meditation</strong> praktiziert.</p></div>

Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ich selbst hatte nach der Entbindung meiner 2. Tochter extreme Probleme mit dem Beckenboden. Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt.</p>
<p>Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps, wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</p></div>

Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ich selbst hatte nach der Entbindung meiner 2. Tochter extreme Probleme mit dem Beckenboden. Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt.</p>
<p>Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps, wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</p></div>

Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ich selbst hatte nach der Entbindung meiner 2. Tochter extreme Probleme mit dem Beckenboden. Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt.</p>
<p>Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</p></div>

Egal ob nach der Geburt, in den Wechseljahren oder einfach mal so.</p></div>

Es werden einfache<strong> Asanas (Yogahaltungen)</strong>, <strong>Atem- und Entspannungsübungen,</strong> <strong>Achtsamkeitsübungen</strong> und <strong>Meditation</strong> praktiziert.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Beckenbodentraining ist nicht nur nach der Geburt eines Babys sehr wichtig. Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Ich selbst hatte nach der Entbindung meiner 2. Tochter extreme Probleme mit dem Beckenboden. Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt.</p>
<p>Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Der Kurs Rückbildung und Beckenboden ist eine Mischung aus Kräftigung, Dehnungsübungen und Entspannung für alle Frauen, die sich und ihrem Beckenboden etwas Gutes tun wollen. Egal ob nach der Geburt, in den Wechseljahren oder einfach mal so.</div>

Es werden einfache Asanas (Yogahaltungen), Atem- und Entspannungsübungen, Achtsamkeitsübungen und Meditation praktiziert.</div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Beckenbodentraining ist nicht nur nach der Geburt eines Babys sehr wichtig. Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</div>

Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt. Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Beckenbodentraining ist nicht nur nach der Geburt eines Babys sehr wichtig. Auch Frauen, die nie Kinder bekommen haben, können ein Problem mit Ihrem Beckenboden haben oder bekommen. Jede 3. Frau nach den Wechseljahren hat Probleme mit ihrem Beckenboden.</div>

Da es für mich keine Option war, mit diesem Problem zu leben, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Rückbildung und Beckenboden beschäftigt. Seit mehr als 4 Jahren unterrichte ich nun Frauen zur Rückbildung und helfe ihnen, ihren Beckenboden zu spüren, zu trainieren und gebe ihnen Tipps wie sie Übungen ganz leicht in den Alltag mit einfließen lassen können.</div>
